  • All orders must be paid in full before processing and shipping.
  • Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

4. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of certain products, Fruits, Plants, Virgin Coconut Oil and DIY skincare kits are non-returnable.
  • Black Pepper and other non-perishable products are eligible for returns or replacements if received in damaged or defective condition.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear images and order details.
